Announcement on non-application of the transitional arrangements for introduction of IFRS 9

Prague, 1 February 2018 - Komerční banka, a.s., with its registered office at Na Příkopě 33/969, 114 07 Prague 1, registration No. 45317054, entered in the register of companies maintained with the Metropolitan Court of Prague, section B, file No.1360 (hereinafter Komerční banka), announces that

Komerční banka has decided not to apply the transitional arrangements according to article 473a "Introduction of IFRS 9" of the regulation (EU) 575/2013 (Capital Requirements Regulation) as amended by the regulation (EU) 2017/2395.

This information is disclosed in accordance with art. 1(9) of the regulation (EU) 2017/2395.
