Sound Energy, the North African and European gas company, announces the appointment of Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited as joint broker to the Company with immediate effect. Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited will act alongside RBC Capital Markets, joint broker, and Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance Limited, the Company's nominated adviser.
