AMENDMENT TO ANNUAL REPORT

Further to the announcement, on 6 December 2017, of the final results for the financial year ended 30 September 2017 ("Results Announcement") and the announcement, on 23 January 2018, regarding the posting of the Annual Report and Accounts and that the Notice of AGM will be held on 13 February 2018, the Company announces that, due to an administrative error at the time of printing, the Annual Report posted to shareholders omitted to include the sections of the Strategic Report entitled Operating Review, Market Update and Risk Management.

These sections can be found in the results announcement, which was made on 6 December 2017, and the Company confirms that a copy of the Annual Report, amended to contain these sections, is available to view in the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.rws.com.  A printed copy of the amended Annual Report will also be despatched to shareholders.
