The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on 30 January 2018, 400,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 86.75 pence per share.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 13,338,214.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in circulation following this sale is 219,452,975 and the total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue is 232,791,189. Each share has one voting right.
