Block Listing Update

Further to the announcement by Breedon on 14 July 2017, the Company announces that a total of 106,027 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued since that date pursuant to the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme and admitted to trading in accordance with the block listing applied for on 21 April 2017. An update in accordance with Schedule 6 of the AIM Rules for Companies is set out below.  

As at today there are 1,446,636,083 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company will notify on a monthly basis when there are changes to the issued share capital, and these monthly figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
