Post-close Trading Update

Spire Healthcare Group plc (LSE: SPI), a leading UK independent hospital group, today confirms previous guidance for its 2017 financial year issued on 14 September:  it expects to report 2017 full year results as follows:

·      Revenues in the range of £929 million to £932 million,

·      Underlying EBITDA  in the range of £149 million to £151 million, and

·      Net debt at 31 December 2017 of approximately £465 million.

The Company intends to make its preliminary announcement of the 2017 full year financial results on Friday 2 March 2018‎ and will also issue guidance for the 2018 full financial year at that time.
