Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company has received notice that, on 12 January 2018, employees, including a PDMR (Simon Broomfield - see detail below), exercised options over a total of 4,605 ordinary shares under the Company's existing 2014 Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIS") Award.

No new ordinary shares have been issued to satisfy the LTIS awards. Following the exercise of options, the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") has transferred 4,605 ordinary shares to satisfy the awards. Following this transfer the EBT now holds 187,719 ordinary shares, representing 1.4% of the Company's current voting rights.

The Company has also received notice that, on 12 January 2018, Simon Broomfield, has transacted in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (details below).
