GENERAL MEETING - VOTING RESULTS

Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces that at its General Meeting ('GM') held today, 11 January 2018, shareholders voted in favour of the Ordinary Resolution as set out in the Circular sent to shareholders on 14 December 2017.

The following is a summary of voting at the GM, which was conducted on a poll:

As noted in the Circular dated 14 December 2017, none of the Related Parties held, nor were

they beneficially entitled to, any Ordinary Shares or options to acquire Ordinary Shares.

A copy of the Ordinary Resolution passed at the GM will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
