TIM: BOD SCHEDULES THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING FOR THE APPROVAL OF 2024 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS TO 24 JUNE

TIM's Board of Directors met today under the chairmanship of Alberta Figari and decided to postpone the ordinary shareholders' meeting, already scheduled for April 10, to June 24 2025.

The rescheduling is due to complete the engagement activities with shareholders in light of the recent changes in the shareholding structure, with the aim of enhancing the efficiency and thoroughness of the shareholders' meeting.

The financial statements proposal for 2024 will be approved at the Board meeting on 5 March, and the necessary publications will be promptly issued.
