1.   Share Incentive Plan

On 9 January 2018, under the rules of the Helical plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), Helical Bar Trustees Limited, awarded 2,621 ordinary shares to directors and employees at the closing mid-market price on 8 January 2018 of 353.00p. The shares were awarded under the Dividend Share element of the Plan.
