Change in Director's Details

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Liontrust Asset Management Plc (the "Company") announces that Adrian Collins, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, is to join the board of CIP Merchant Capital Limited, as Independent Non-executive Chairman with immediate effect.

Also, on 28 November 2017 Adrian Collins stepped down from the board of City Natural Resources High Yield Trust Plc and on 12 December 2017 he stepped down from the board of CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited.
