Directorate Changes

Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), the provider of educational services in the UK, Europe and Asia, announces the following directorate changes.

With immediate effect, Mr Haider Sithawalla, currently CEO, has become Deputy Chairman of Malvern and Dr. Sam Malafeh, currently Deputy CEO, has been appointed CEO.

Gopinath Pillai, Chairman, commented: "The Board, following a review, has unanimously agreed that it is important for the Company to have clear leadership from someone who can focus on corporate strategy and the further development of Malvern.  We believe that Sam and Haider, having been instrumental to the growth of the Company to date, are ideally placed to undertake their new roles."
