Directorate Change - Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Bodycote plc is pleased to announce that it has appointed Lili Chahbazi as Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2018.

Lili Chahbazi is an experienced strategy consultant and since 2008 a global partner in the London office of Bain & Company ('Bain') currently heading the oil and gas practice and working for international clients.  Her experience also covers the business and engineering services, aviation and transport industries.   

In her early career Lili worked as an associate actuary at Eckler Partners Ltd in Canada.  She holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau and a BSc in Mathematics from Concordia University, Montreal.

No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13
