Corporate changes at the level of Fondul Proprietatea S.A.

Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity as alternative investment fund manager and sole director (the "Fund Manager") of Fondul Proprietatea SA (the "Fund"), would like to inform shareholders that Mr. Mike Sommer has been appointed as a permanent representative of the Fund Manager at the level of the Fund, while Mr. Harold Christopher Nash and Mr. Adrian Cighi have been withdrawn from this position. Changes are effective as of today and do not affect the rest of the permanent representatives of the Fund Manager at the level of the Fund.
