Helios was notified yesterday that Nigel Hanbury, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 741,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 131p per share on the same day.  Mr Hanbury is now interested in 2,436,871 ordinary shares, representing 16.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
