Board Change

The Board is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly approved by shareholders.

Furthermore, as previously announced with both sadness and total understanding, Reg Heath has today stepped down from the Board.  His contribution has been considerable and his input and presence will be missed.
