In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, the Company announces that it was notified on 7 December 2017 that North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, part of Harwood Capital LLP, to which Christopher Mills, Director of this Company is a beneficiary, sold a total of 205,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 760.4244 pence per Ordinary Share.
