Rosenbauer International AG: Change in the number of voting rights and the share capital

Pursuant to section 135 (1) of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Rosenbauer International AG hereby notifies that at the end of February 2025 the total number of voting rights amounts to 10.200.000 and the share capital of the company amounts to EUR 20.400.000. The changes result from the issuance of a total of 3.400.000 new shares in the company derived from a capital increase in February 2025.
