Zegona Communications plc, LSE: ZEG announces that it was notified on 7 December 2017 by Mr Richard Williams, a Non Executive Director of the Company, that he had purchased 17,200 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £1.42 per share on 7 December 2017. 

Mr Williams' holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company totals 25,287 shares, representing approximately 0.020% of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, Mr Williams also holds a long position equivalent to 36,006 Ordinary Shares through a contract for difference.
