Oxford Metrics (OMG plc LSE: OMG), the international software company servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that it was today notified that, on the same day, the Appleton Trust of which Julian Morris, founder and non-executive director of the Company, is a trustee sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 61.5 pence per share.

Following the sale Julian Morris will retain a beneficial interest in 6,054,320 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.9% per cent of the Company's current total issued share capital and total voting rights.
