Transaction in own Shares

The Company announces that on 7 December 2017, it purchased in the market 50,000 Ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,867.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, there are 54,114,447 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.

The Company will enter a close period for several weeks pending publication of its interim financial report for the half year ended 30 November 2017.
