The Company announces that on 6 December 2017, it purchased in the market 50,000 Ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,863.0 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, there are 54,164,447 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.
