CMA investigation into the acquisition of Brandon Hire

Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, announces that on 1 December 2017 the Group was notified that the Competition & Markets Authority (the 'CMA') is investigating the completed acquisition by Vp of Brandon Hire Group Holdings Limited (the 'Acquisition'), as announced by the Group on 8 November 2017. 

Prior to completion of the Acquisition, Vp conducted a detailed due diligence exercise, including assessing potential competition considerations and it will fully assist the CMA with its enquiry.  The Group will provide further updates to the market as and when appropriate.
