Close of Accelerated Bookbuild

The Company is pleased to announce that further to the announcement made earlier today, the Bookbuild has been successful and heavily oversubscribed so is now closed.  Participants in the Placing will be contacted by Arden Partners to confirm their allocations. A further announcement will be made in due course confirming details of the Placing.

The issue of the Placing Shares is conditional, amongst other things, on the passing of the Resolutions at the General Meeting and the admission of the Placing Shares to trading on AIM.

Capitalised terms used in this Announcement shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Company's announcement this morning.
