Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Broker

7digital Group plc (AIM: 7DIG), the global leader in B2B digital music solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Arden Partners plc as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the company with immediate effect.

Director Information

Following the appointment of Arden Partners plc, the Company also discloses the following updated information pursuant to Schedule 2, paragraph (g) AIM Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for companies.

Mark Foster, a non-executive director of 7digital, was appointed as a director of Park Circus Productions Limited in August 2014 and resigned in September 2015.

Paul McGowan, a non-executive director of 7digital, is a founding partner of Hilco Capital Ltd ("Hilco"). Through the course of Hilco's ordinary restructuring business Paul has been a director of a number of companies as set out in the Appendix.
