Publication of a supplementary prospectus

Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company") and Baronsmead Second Venture Trust ("BSVT" and together the "Companies") have today published a Supplementary Prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority. It is a regulatory requirement to publish a supplementary prospectus following the publication of the audited annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2017.

The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Prospectus published by the Company on 4 October 2017 (the "Prospectus") in relation to an offer for subscription to raise up to £21 million (the "Offer").

As announced by the Company on 6 November 2017 the Offer became fully subscribed during the course of 3 November 2017. Accordingly, the Offer is now closed and the information provided in the Supplementary Prospectus is solely for information purposes only. 

The supplementary prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk.NSM and at the Company's website at www.baronsmeadvcts.co.uk.

Definitions

Terms defined in the Prospectus have the same meanings in this announcement unless the context requires otherwise.
