Clarification of AGM timing

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention and contamination control products, announces that it has been brought to its attention that the attendance card that was sent out to shareholders surrounding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) had the incorrect time disclosed.

Please note that the AGM will be held at 10am, on 12 December 2017 at Tristel's HQ, Lynx Business Park, Fordham Road, Snailwell, Newmarket, Cambridgeshire CB8 7NY, as stated in the Notice of AGM.

Shareholders are reminded that deadline for submission of proxies is 10am on 8 December 2017.
