Learning Technologies Group plc ("LTG"), the leading e-learning company, announces that Jonathan Satchell (Chief Executive) and Harry Hill (Non-Executive Director) have bought ordinary shares of 0.375p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares').

Jonathan Satchell acquired 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 56 pence on 21 November 2017. Following this transaction, Jonathan Satchell's beneficial holding in the Company is 103,139,995 and this holding represents approximately 18.05 per cent of the Company's issued share capital

Harry Hill acquired 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 56 pence on 21 November 2017. Following this transaction, Harry Hill's beneficial holding in the Company is 2,236,000 and this holding represents approximately 0.39 per cent of the Company's issued share capital
