Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Broker Finalised

GCM Resources plc (AIM:GCM), a resource exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that further to the Company's announcement dated 16 October 2017 regarding the appointment of Northland Capital Partners Limited ("Northland") as its Nominated Adviser and Broker, Northland has now satisfactorily completed their due diligence and have provided all relevant confirmations to the London Stock Exchange that they will continue to act as Nominated Adviser on an ongoing basis. Northland will also continue to act as the Company's Broker.

This announcement contains inside information as defined in Article 7 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014 and has been announced in accordance with the Company's obligations under Article 17 of that Regulation.
