Exercise of Options

Curtis Banks, one of the UK's leading SIPP providers, hereby provides notification that 205,600 new ordinary shares in the Company have been allotted in respect of the recent exercise of options in the Company's EMI Option Scheme. The board meeting and allotment took place on Wednesday 15 November 2017 and the exercise price was 10.11p per ordinary share.

An application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, it is expected that such admission will become effective on 21 November 2017.

Following this notification, the Company has 53,805,269 ordinary shares in issue.
