Retirement of Non-Executive Directors

Hays plc confirms that Pippa Wicks and Paul Harrison retired as Non-Executive Directors of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday 15 November 2017.  The Board wish to thank Ms Wicks and Mr Harrison for their many years of service to the Company and wish them well for the future.

As advised on 12 July 2017, Andrew Martin succeeds Paul Harrison as Senior Independent Director and Susan Murray succeeds Paul as Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee.
