The Reports on Payments to Governments Regulations (UK Regulations) requires UK companies in the extractive sectors to publically disclose payments made to governments in the countries where they undertake extractive operations.

Altyn's sole country of operation is Kazakhstan. The payments made by Altyn plc and its subsidiaries during the period to December 2016 are shown in US dollars in the table below:
