Enhanced LifeStart Neonatal Resuscitation Unit launched at Medica 

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global supplier of medical technology for critical care, operating theatre and other medical applications, announced today at MEDICA, the world's leading trade fair for the medical industry taking place in Duesseldorf, the official launch of its enhanced LifeStart neonatal resuscitation unit.

This new, enhanced version of the LifeStart provides clinicians the capability to clamp the cord at the optimal time with optional patient warming and resuscitation using the Inspiration Healthcare developed Inspire rPAP resuscitation and stabilisation system. The LifeStart also now includes the ability to secure air and oxygen bottles for improved manoeuvrability.

The enhanced unit is currently undergoing its certification process for the EU and USA which the Company expects to be completed in the next few weeks.  It has been well received in pre-launch introductions to clinicians and distributors around the world.  Inspiration Healthcare is confident that the LifeStart can be successfully sold into a number of its existing and new accounts particularly in the USA and Middle East.
