Director Declaration

Spire Healthcare Group plc announces that Peter Bamford, the Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of the Company, has been appointed as non-executive chairman of B&M European Value Retail SA ("B&M European") with effect from 1 March 2018.

Before taking up the role as its non-executive chairman, Peter will be appointed as a non-executive director of one of B&M European's subsidiaries from 1 January 2018.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14
