Confirmation of Board Appointment and Notice of Results

RWS Holdings plc, (or "RWS"), a world leading provider of patent translation and filing, localisation, intellectual property support solutions and life sciences language services, confirms the appointment of Desmond Glass as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), Director and Company Secretary, further to the announcement made on 10 August 2017.

As of today, Mr Glass holds no other directorships. There are no other changes to the information concerning his appointment which was announced on 10 August 2017.

As previously announced, RWS will report its full year results on 6 December 2017. There will be a presentation that morning hosted by Andrew Brode, Chairman, Richard Thompson, CEO, and Desmond Glass, CFO.
