XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, has been notified that on 10 November 2017, Ory Weihs, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 30,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 161 pence per share.  Following this purchase, Mr Weihs now has a total beneficial interest in 4,000,240 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.96% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Group's share capital consists of 204,352,402 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
