Notice of Investor Day

Hays plc is today holding an investor event in London, starting at 12.45pm. Presentations will focus on reviewing our progress against our strategic objectives set out at our last Investor Day in 2013,  the strengths of our business model today and the opportunities we see to deliver the next stage of growth including an aspiration for 2022 Group Operating Profit in the range of £300m-450m*.

The next stage of our growth is expected to be delivered by a number of factors including:

(1)  Our exposure to attractive structural growth markets;

(2)  Growth in Temp and Contractor markets;

(3)  Our innovative use of technology;

(4)  Investment in our brand and marketing; and

(5)  Our approach to talent development. 

Presentations on these areas will be available after the event from the Company website (www.haysplc.com/investors) and a video replay of the event will be made available on the same website as soon as possible after the event has concluded.

We will also host three breakout sessions covering our German business and its aspiration to double operating profit over the next five years, our use of technology as a differentiator and key trends and our market proposition in the non-perm market. These breakout sessions are not being filmed and will not be available on our website.
