Directors Shareholdings

Further to the announcement on 16 October 2017 that the Group had raised £5.0 million through the placing of 4,100,000 new ordinary shares, these shares were admitted to trading on AIM on 6 November 2017. As a result the percentage shareholdings in the Group held by certain Directors have changed, as detailed in the table below. The number of shares held by each director remains the same as it was before the placing.
