The Company has been notified that, on 3 November 2017, Tony Kitous, Founder and Creative Director, sold 333,333 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15 pence per share, being the Placing Price as announced on 28 September 2017.

Following the above sale, Tony Kitous holds 58,412,503 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 47.6 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
