CVS, the UK's leading provider of integrated veterinary services, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders will be held at The Pennoyer Centre, Station Road, Pulham St Mary, IP21 4QT on 30 November 2017 at 11.00 a.m.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 and Notice of AGM will be sent on 7 November 2017 to those shareholders who have requested hard copies. Shareholders who have elected to receive shareholder information electronically have been notified that these documents will be available on the Company's website, www.cvsukltd.co.uk.
