The Company was informed that on 1 November 2017 Kevin Rountree, Chief Executive of Games Workshop, exercised an option to acquire 3,924 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. This option was granted under the Company's sharesave scheme at an option price of 458.7 pence per Ordinary Share and was granted on 30 September 2014.
As a result Mr Rountree now has an ultimate beneficial interest of 28,084 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.09 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was also informed that on 1 November 2017 Rachel Tongue, Group Finance Director of Games Workshop, exercised an option to acquire 3,924 Ordinary Shares. This option was granted under the Company's sharesave scheme at an option price of 458.7 pence per Ordinary Share and was granted on 30 September 2014. Mrs Tongue then sold 3,924 Ordinary Shares on 2 November 2017 at a price of 2,284.9 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result Mrs Tongue and her husband's ultimate beneficial interest remains at 8,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was also informed that on 1 November 2017 Max Bottrill, Head of Product and Supply at Games Workshop and a person discharging managerial responsibility, exercised an option to acquire 3,924 Ordinary Shares. This option was granted under the Company's sharesave scheme at an option price of 458.7 pence per Ordinary Share and was granted on 30 September 2014.
On 1 November 2017 Mr Bottrill also then transferred 2,924 Ordinary Shares to his wife.
As a result Mr Bottrill and his wife now have an ultimate beneficial interest of 11,353 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
