CHANGE OF EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER RESPONSIBILITES

As previously announced pursuant to ‎Listing Rule 9.6.11 (3) Peter Lynas, Group Finance Director, assumes an expanded role and increased responsibilities, effective today.

In addition to existing responsibilities leading the Group Finance function including Treasury, Tax, Financial Reporting and Investor Relations, the expanded role will include responsibility for UK Shared Services, Procurement and Group Mergers & Acquisitions. Consequently, his base salary will increase by 6.9% to £626,000 per annum, with immediate effect.

Peter continues as Executive Board Director and member of the Executive Committee.
