("Electrica") have extended today the Long Stop Date of the Memorandum of Understanding signed on 14 July 2017  for the disposal of the Fund's holdings in Electrica subsidiaries (i.e. SDEE Distributie Muntenia Nord S.A., SDEE Distributie Transilvania Sud S.A., SDEE Distributie Transilvania Nord S.A. and Electrica Furnizare S.A.) from the initially agreed 31 October 2017 until 30 November 2017.
