PROPOSED FINAL DIVIDEND

ScS is pleased to announce that the recommended final dividend of 9.80p per share as disclosed in the Group's recent preliminary results will, if approved by shareholders, be paid on 27 November 2017 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on 3 November 2017. The ex-dividend date is 2 November 2017.
