Total Voting Rights

Keras announces that following the Admission of the 66,666,667 Placing Shares to trading on AIM earlier today, the Company has 2,261,800,105 Ordinary Shares in issue, with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 2,261,800,105 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules. This figure includes the 114,272,166 Ordinary Shares that were issued pursuant to the Company's announcement of 13 June 2017.

Following the Directors' share purchases, as announced on 19 October 2017, the beneficial holdings of Dave Reeves and Brian Moritz are presented below:
