The Company announces that Steven Boyes, Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive, has transferred 129,193 shares to Andrea Boyes, a PCA of Steven Boyes.  The shares being transferred will still be included when calculating the total shareholding of Steven Boyes and his PCAs.

Accordingly, the Company confirms that, at the date of this announcement, each of the PDMRs of the Company, including their PCAs, hold the following total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company:
