Sale of Central Processing Unit

Comptoir is pleased to announce that yesterday afternoon during a property auction the Company sold its freehold central processing unit (CPU). Completion of the sale is expected before the end of the current calendar year. The sale price was £2.69million, before costs associated with the transaction.

The sale of the CPU was highlighted to shareholders in the Placing announcement released by the Company on 28 September 2017. The Company will notify shareholders when the sale completes. The Company will use funds raised from the sale for general working capital purposes and to assess further new restaurant opportunities.
