In line with the Board succession strategy set out in the 2016 Annual Report, UK Commercial Property Trust Limited (“UKCPT” or the “Company”), (FTSE 250, LSE: UKCM), is pleased to announce the appointment of Margaret Littlejohns as a non-executive Director, with effect from 1 January 2018.
Ms Littlejohns brings many years experience in investment and commercial banking with specific expertise in risk management, having spent nearly 20 years at Citigroup. Most recently she has worked as Finance Director for The Space Place, a self storage business in the Midlands which she co-founded, from 2004 until its sale in 2016.
Ms Littlejohns, a United Kingdom resident, is Non-Executive Chair of Henderson High Income Trust plc. She is also a Non-Executive Director of JP Morgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc, and a Non-Executive Director at Foresight VCT plc.
This announcement has been made in accordance with requirements of the London Stock Exchange Listing Rule 9.6.11 and there is no additional information regarding Ms Littlejohns that is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
