Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company today announces the grant of 300,000 options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company to Gavin Hughes, Operations Director, in accordance with the recommendations of the Company's Remuneration Committee.

The options granted will normally be exercisable from 11 October 2020, subject to continued employment, and each option has an exercise price of 178 pence. The Company makes the following disclosures in accordance with article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation:
