Directors' Dealings and Holdings Update

GoldStone Resources Limited (AIM: GRL), the West and Central Africa focused gold exploration company quoted on AIM, announces that Emma Priestley, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") to Bill Trew, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, at a price of 1.6 pence (the "Share Transfer").

The Company also wishes to notify corrections to previous shareholdings announced in respect of Emma Priestley and Richard Lloyd, which were understated by 23,655 and 5,677 Ordinary Shares respectively. The corrected existing holdings for both Directors are as set out in the table below. For the avoidance of doubt, the number of new Ordinary Shares issued to the aforementioned, as set out in the Company's announcements of 6 September 2017 and 3 October 2017, remain correct and the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is unaffected.

Post the Share Transfer, the Directors' holdings will be as follows:

* Mr Trew is a director and shareholder of Paracale Gold Limited, which currently holds 70,352,377 ordinary shares in Goldstone representing 28.26% of its currently issued share capital. Following the Share Transfer, Bill Trew and Paracale Gold Limited will be interested in, in aggregate, 72,352,377 Ordinary Shares, representing 28.97% of the Company's currently issued share capital.

There is no change to the total number of shares held by the Board of Directors post this transaction.
